Good afternoon, I am creating the conditions for the person to respond. However, if possible check on my form. I wanted to validate example: In question: ( Para responder a Pesquisa, insira seu código )
In this, the person would place a code that would be created a condition so that only accepts that one. In the case as already created condition (CONDITION Image) ... In this case it validates the code and shows the other question: (DIGITE OS 4 PRIMEIROS DIGITOS DO SEU CPF)
So I created another condition for him to validate this typed code and move to another page. Description as image below: CONDITION 2.
My question: I need it done this way, when typing the code, it opens the 2 question and so it validates the other code referring to what he put in the 1 question.
Can you do it this way?
Sorry if you do not quite understand what I want.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if I understood your question, did you meant to say that you need to validate the code entered in the second field "Digite os 4 Primeiros Dígitos do seu CPF:" based on the value from "Para responder a Pesquisa, insira seu código:".
Also, you need to show/hide the next button (page break button) based on the result of comparing these fields?
If I'm correct in my understanding you could simply compare both fields, example:
However, you may provide us more details about what you would like to achieve with your conditions and we will be glad to help you.

It's more or less this same understanding.
However, if I put this option .. It will compare with the question: "Digite os 4 Primeiros Dígitos do seu CPF:" , And thus validate if the value of the 2 questions is the same.
I'll try to explain better: In the question: "Para responder a Pesquisa, Insira seu código: " , I wanted it to validate the code that the user places, if it is valid. If so, he goes on to the other question: "Digite os 4 Primeiros Dígitos do seu CPF:" , In case he will put the other code, and if it is valid he will present the next button,
Thus progressing with the form.
As it has the image of my above, I managed to do .. But it accepts any code typed, and does not validate the first question with the second
If it got a little clearer, now thank you.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the additional details.
As I can understand now you need to know if the code entered in the second field is valid compared to the first field value.
For example, the code entered in the first field may be "8064" and there're only few codes that will work with that one, lets say "3091" and "3872" entered in the second field will work only if "8064" has been entered in the first field.
It that is what you're trying to achieve then you will need to change your conditions for the second field, you will need to add one condition per possible input value, example:
This way, you will validate if the value entered in the second field is related with the one entered in the first one.
Hope this helps.

Also, here's the link to my cloned form of yours: https://form.jotformpro.com/70806635473965
I have applied the conditions shown on my screenshot above, please enter this info:
1. First field 8064 and second field 3091.
2. First field 8064 and second field 3872.
With both you will get the page break button, if you try to enter 8215 you will only get the second field, but since there's not a code related to it you will not be able to get the page break button.

I actually checked your form and it worked as expected.
But when I put the same conditions for my test form, it does not work .. Here are the 2 images with the conditions and my form.

I checked the codes and I was actually doing something wrong. Thank you very much for your support.
I appreciate the support.

When registering with the codes .. The form was slow to type the first question .. In this case can anything be done?
- JotForm SupportNik_CAnswered on March 23, 2017 at 12:36 PM
The slowness you experienced could be due to the number of conditions (if yo have a lot of them). Since they are all checking the same field.
If you can optimize the number of conditions that could help in the speed of the form.
If you have any further questions please let us know.
