I am having trouble with word / line spacing within a form field.

As I create a field - I would like to create a series of lines.  It looks great when I create it, but when I hit preview form it pushes all of my lines back together creating a big paragraph.  I have attached the link below.  This is in the "Registration" field I am having my issue.

I cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. See the image below:

If you want to add a space on each line, please edit the text field again and press enter on each line. Here's the screen animation how to edit text:
