If I edit a submission, does the submitter get a copy?

Users complete an online form for a burn permit, which in turn emails them a copy when they hit SUBMIT. However, sometimes they enter their email incorrectly.

I edit the submission and I get a copy of the corrected email - but how do I ensure the submitter also gets a copy?

    Thank you!!

You need to enable the "Send on Edit" option of the Autoresponder so that your users will receive the Autoresponder email if you edit the submission. Here's how:

In Form Builder V4, click the "Settings" menu and go to the "Emails" section. Select the Autoresponder and then click the "Edit" icon.

Go to the "Advanced" tab and turn on the "Send on Edit" option.

Click the "Save" button when you're done.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
