I'd like more information on terms and conditions of using JotForm, please

We currently use JotForm and it is working really well - THANK YOU!  I don't have any issues about the service to share today.  However, my company is interested in having more detailed information about data security and the terms and conditions of our user level agreement, which is Bronze.  I couldn't find much detail on the website so for starters, I have a two questions:

1. Can you provide a detailed terms and conditions document, please?

2. Is our data stored in the United States or outside of the United States?

We have two data center locations in the U.S. and two in Germany.  Data is replicated across all those locations.
