Hi Jot form - I was trying to upgrade my account and I entered credit card info twice and it told me I could not upgrade at this time and to contact customer service. Any ideas?

The reason is that you are trying to upgrade to Storage, and if you notice, this is just a free plan with more storage for submissions. Your account has gone beyond another limit: upload space, so for that reason, you must upgrade to Bronze.
