How to add products and donation?

I am trying to figure out how to add two products and calculate for credit card payment

 

I have set up product and that is fine. I added an option where people can make a donation to the foundation. I can't figure out how to add up those two product optoins and that figure is shown in amount to pay via credit card.

Upon checking your form, I can see that the product and donation (product with option) are being calculated if both items are selected. Here's a screenshot:
