    PDF submission: Downloading PDF Submission Omits First Name even if after manually editing the PDF template

    Love it. Just when I need to print out tens of submissions in PDF, the PDFs download without the First Name???? Now I have to look at each submission individually to print them... what a time killer.

    Hello kevinwatson, 

    I noticed you have a number of forms on your account. Can you provide us the specific form in issue in order for us to see what's happening?

    Also, you may review your PDF template and check if the first name field is missing/removed. You can follow this guide in order to view/modify your PDF submissions template: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

    They are the two following ones:
    "Alive 2017 Individual Registration"
    "Alive 2017 Individual Registration2"

    The First Name field is missing in the template. I don't know why because I have never touched the template. When I added the First Name field it doesn't give me the first name, but only this:

    Thank you for your response and for the details you have provided, I was able to replicate the bug on these two form. It appears to be form-centric as it does not happen on other forms. I suppose One form there is a clone of the other and for some reason, the bug inherited from the original form was passed on to the cloned form.

    Let me escalate this issue to the development team. We'll let you know once we have updates from the developer to be assigned to this matter.

    Thank you. I need to print these out today (actually yesterday) so hopefully they will have them fixed.

    Thank you for your response, Kevin.

    I believe it will take time to address this issue and this might not be able to be addressed within the day. So I recommend to download the PDFs by setting your period in shorter ranges in the hope that the files will be downloaded the files properly this way.
