I am trying to get a copy of an invoice I was billed but there is no billing section in my account
The bill is - 1/6/17 F&F Registration

Since your account is currently on free status you will find the option as "Upgrade" when you go to "My Account" page:
Once you click there you will get our current pricing and right below the pricing section you will see your invoices.
