The person that originally set this account up for us is no longer with us and I need the invoices emailed to me so we can have a copy of it

    I checked the email you have used to post your query (kislerm@emsa.net) in this thread, and I only found the account (kislerm) and a guest account associated with the email. The account (kislerm) is in Free Plan and only a Sub-User.
