So, before we had a customer's name and order number pre-populating a form field, but now, with the new form tools, this isn't happening.

We're embedding the form with the script (on a Shopify page), so with the new form tool and embedding it using the script, how do we get the fields to pre-populate?

    Thank you.

You can re-embed the form using  using iframe method or use the our Prepopulate app. If you choose the iFrame, you will just need to adjust the src and include the fields to be populated.

Ok, thanks Ian. Perhaps you can elaborate? How would a grab the order details from a Shopify order and add it to the fields? For instance, after an order is placed, a form appears for the customer to upload a document. We would like to populate the fields with name, email and order number.

    Thank you again.

Pre-populating the form via URL parameters is the exact same as it always has been.  I believe you may be referring to using conditions to update fields based on previous entries in the form.  Here is how to do so with the new interface:

If this is not what you were looking for, let us know and we will see what else we can do.
