Can I change my URL name without changing my username?

    Hi,

I would like to collect responses from a different URL address because my username is not the easiest to remember for my target group. Can I do this without changing my username?

If not, can I change my username and simultaneously collect responses from both the old and new username for a limited time?

Again, if not, can I redirect my users from the old URL link to a new (active) one if I have changed username?

    Best,

    Ray

    Hello Ray,

It seems you are using your form's custom URL. Is that correct? I will address all your questions separately.

Please note that if you want to use your form's custom URL, there is no way you can change the username of custom form URL without actually changing your account username.

Unfortunately no. It is not possible to use same form with two different URLs.

There are two different possible options to solve your problem:

#1. Disable your form's custom URL and use your form's direct URL instead.

#2. I would suggest you to please use your own domain to access your form. The following guide should help you how to use custom domain:  https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

    Thank you!
