I am asked again to upgrade my account when I actually never downgraded

    I am asked AGAIN, for the 4th time to upgrade when i actually never downgraded

    As you can see in my last threads, you explained to me that i wont have to go through this anymore. I dont understand and its getting really frustrating ! you assured me last time it was solved once for all !!!

    Please i need this definitely solved to be able to work with my numerous offices and assessment, or offer me a different solution !

    It has been fixed. However, the cancellation came after FastSpring failed to charge your Paypal account for the renewal. Since it's through Paypal, you should make sure that your funding method in Paypal is active and you have enough balance for the renewal.
