Can I export my data that I input into someone else's form?

I regularly fill out someone else's form on a daily basis - and it would be useful to me to log each submission into a spreadsheet - is this possible?  

(I know it is possible to do using zapier and google sheets when I am the owner of said jotform, but I am unaware if I can do this for my data entry on someone else's jotform)

No unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this. Please note that for any integration or customization (like google spreadsheet or zappier integration) you want to add in someone else's form, you need to first have access to that form with edit permission. 

If form owner have added a "Form Auto-responder" email alert, you can receive a copy of the submission in your email. You can also manually print form with submission data (Ctrl + P) in PDF. Apart from this i am unable to think any other possible options to achieve your requirement.
