again 3 of my most important recipents, blocked and on Bounce list, its a very big problem for us.
we are using our own SMTP server as sender, and our IT department swears that the problem isnt inhouse.
can you please help me, so this doesnt happen again.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
It seems you have already removed your email address from bounce list so we are unable to check the bounce reason why your email addresses ended up in bounce list.
If the issue happens again, do get back to us with the bounce reason and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.
