I would like to setup a form where several children can be booked onto a course

Hi,

I would like to set up a form where several children can be booked onto a course.  However the children might not all do the same days of the course e.g. Johnny might do Monday and Tuesday and Amy might do just Tuesday.

The booker needs to be able to pay on Paypal too.

Would you mind letting us know how you will get the total? Is it based on the number of children and course(s)? 

You can set this up in the configurable list widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget. However, the calculation is not yet supported on this widget so you will need to ask the booker to input the numbers to get the total like, get the total by calculation inputs:
