Form not working and not saved.

    I based my website course booking around your form and it worked OK for some weeks.  It has now scrambled when viewed online (But appears OK in Xara). 

    I have tried to reload the form but when I go to find it on your design page it says I do not have a form in spite of having saved and modified it on several occasions! It also does not recognise me.

    What has happened and can you find the form please as I am out of business without it!?

    Hello Malcolm,

    I would suggest you to please let us know your webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look. I did check your website but could not locate any embedded form there.

    Thanks, it is http://www.champaignephotography.co.uk/academy.htm and is flashing at the bottom and does not appear at all on the mobile friendly version.

    I see that you have embedded your form to your website using its embed script. Can you try if by embedding your form using its iframe code would solve the issue you are having? The iframe code of the form has two parts, the <iframe> and the <script>. Please also try to embed your form using only the <iframe> part and let us know the result.
