I have a problem with the way my form is displaying.

My Jotform is currently displaying with rows of coding at the top of the form.

I have not edited the form since December, and up until recently it was displaying normally. I am not sure how to remove the coding. Please see attached image.

Please note that we had an issue and our developers have already fixed it.

You may check your form again and if the problem persists, just trigger a save by changing anything, and once the form is saved the problem will go away.
