All my forms aren't working

Hi All of our forms are not functioning properly.  

The forms launch and look fine but it looks like conditions are having problems.  Also anything that uses field calculation widgets appear to be malfunctioning.

I checked about 5 of our forms and found problems with all of them.  All relating to conditions or field calculation wizards.  The problems are too many to list.

I'm sharing 1 form as an example.  The daily hours should automatically calculate based on the start and finish time minus breaks.  They don't calculate anymore.  Also total hours doesn't calculate anymore.

The issues are not specific to this form.  It appears that all our forms are impacted so I'm hoping not to focus on this particular form but the wider issue impacting all my forms. 

We use these forms all day so the matter is somewhat urgent.

update:  I have tried my forms with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge as well as a different device on Android.  Same issues on all of them.  

I also created new forms from existing templates that have calculations and I couldn't get any of the templates to perform any calculations.

There was an error on our end that caused calculations to fail.  Please accept our sincerest apologies.  This is now fixed and calculations should be working once again.  If the issues persists edit the form and save it.  That will remove the bug.
