    Conditions have stopped working.

    I was working on a form yesterday, and the conditions in the form were working as expected.  When I tried the form this morning, all of the conditions have stopped working.  In addition, the PayPal wizard on the form is being updated with the appropriate amount.

    I have tried clearing my server cache, but this hasn't helped.  Is this a problem on the server side of things?

    Please can you tell me how I can get the conditions working again?

    I did not come across any change on the server, nor have heard of any complaint from other users about conditions not working for others.

    If the form was working fine today, then I would suggest you to revert the form to yesterday's date from history

    My conditions do not work either. They stopped at 8:33am Central Standard Time.

     

    I also tried the revert, it did not help.

    same here all my forms that have conditions or calculations are not working.

    I have just submitted to requests about this,

    This issue seems to also be with the calculate field condition.

    {fieldvalues} also don't seem to be pulling through

    Please look at asap as this is a very serious issue in terms of impact of forms working correctly and how it impacts data collection

    There was an error on our end that caused calculations to fail.  Please accept our sincerest apologies.  This is now fixed and calculations should be working once again.  If the issues persists edit the form and save it.  That will remove the bug.

    My original posting said that the PayPal wizard was not updating properly. The PayPal wizard on one of our other forms - https://form.jotform.com/70396152996973 - has also stopped working. This form is used for fundraising by our school, and we simply cannot afford to have this not working. It therefore needs to be fixed immediately.
    Can we have an update from the Developer team on this problem?

    @lamarrm Try saving the form.  Edit the form and change anything in the form to trigger an autosave.  Moving a field, changing a color, anything will do.  That should remove the buggy code.

    If that does not work, please create a new ticket detailing which form you have having trouble with and what specifically is missing or not working.  We will will be happy to have a look.
