Need clarification on features

    Hi! I'm an Operations Manager and we used to use Adobe Forms Central for our customers' order forms. Since they've been retired we have not found a suitable alternative. 

    I came across your site and I'm impressed, but curious about a few of your features.  What do you mean by submissions?  Can my customers only submit their orders to me through you? What about the payment processing- do you have further details?  

    I'd love a call to go over your product in detail. Really what this boils down to is, I'm not sure what plan I should be signing up with... I'm already sold =]

    Thank you for your interest in JotForm. Please see below for the clarifications.

     

    What do you mean by submissions?

    JotForm is an online form builder. The output form can be used to collect data from your customers. Each piece of data sent to you through JotForm is called a submissions. Please see What do you mean by submissions? for more information about managing your submissions.

     

    Can my customers only submit their orders to me through you?

    By default, the link to the form you will create with JotForm will come with domain jotform.com. However, you can embed your forms to your website so that customers can submit data to you via your website. Please see Adding a Form to a Web Page. Submissions will also be saved to JotForm databases, but you have the options to send them to Google Spreadsheet or store them to your own database and delete the submissions from JotForm.

     

    What about the payment processing- do you have further details? 

    Please see this link to see the payment integrations you can use with your form. If you have account with one of these payment processors, then you can offer a product or service to your form and accept payments through it as well. Please see Mastering Payment Form Integrations with JotForm for more details.

    Unfortunately, we do not have phone support but you can post your questions to this forum and we will attend to your concerns immediately.
