Why do I see codes at the top of my form?

Seems to be outputting code at the top.. this has happened in the last few days.

help please.

Sorry for the troubles - We had a temporary issue earlier that was fixed soon after. I checked the form and saw the codes the first time I loaded it.

I then randomly made a change on your form (e.g. changed Name label to Names, then back to Name) to trigger the Form Builder to save it and the fix was applied immediately.

Here's how I see it now from my perspective:

In case you notice this on other old forms you have on your account, just do the same - Make any random change on your form, then revert back your changes to trigger the Form Builder's autosave feature. That should also apply the fix that was rolled out earlier.
