Conditional Logic Disappeared

The conditional logic that was working does not work anymore.

When you make a selection on the third question "Department", different fields are supposed to be shown/hidden.

That worked fine up until this morning

There was an error on our end that caused calculations to fail.  Please accept our sincerest apologies.  This is now fixed and calculations should be working once again.  If the issues persists edit the form and save it.  That will remove the bug.

I tried this and it is still not working

I checked your form and the conditions to show/hide do look to be working.  There were also no errors present.  If this is still not working on your end, let us know and we will take another look.
