After editing jotform survey questions, will the google spreeds sheet header automatically update the fields ?

or must we also manually update the google sheets header coulombs after editing the survey questions ?

If you have already integrated your form with Google Spreadsheet and edit your form then this should be updated on your spreadsheet as well, for example, if you either add/delete a field or update a field's label, it will be updated on your spreadsheet as well. 

We do recommend to avoid customizing the integrated spreadsheet since making any change may break the integration.
