Conditions in form have stopped working

    Conditions in forms have stopped working. Hidden and calculated fields are not working anymore. No changes have been made in the form. Please take a close look. Thanks.

    There was an error on our end that caused calculations to fail.  Please accept our sincerest apologies.  This is now fixed and calculations should be working once again.  If the issues persists edit the form and save it.  That will remove the bug.
