I emailed you a week or so ago and didnt receive a response unless I misssed it.
I need to limit people ordering to 1 order per person, although they need to be able to place another order a few weeks later. I read in your documentation that if I delete all submissions, then the limit to 1 order feature will be reset and allow them to place 1 more order, however when I test it immediately after it does not allow me to place 1 more order.
Is there a time frame that it takes to reset, or am I missing something here?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks so much!

I have also inspected your form and both Unique submission and Unique options are set to No Check.
I have also made few test on my cloned form and when I deleted submission I was able to submit the form again when Unique submission or Unique options is used.
Your users should be able to submit the form again if you delete their submissions. However please note that submissions are deleted permanently and it is now possible to recover them, so I would suggest you do download you data before you delete it.
