my forms "next page" buttons have stopped working

Hi Jotform team,

I have a registration form built with v3 here: https://form.jotform.com/63553042210947 

After people select a Club and then a class, I have conditions to redirect them to such or such page based on their answers...however, the "next" button at the end of page 1 is now not loading any other page and people cannot progress their registration anymore.

Now using Jotform builder v4, I see that the 'page breaks' are created in a totally different manner than in v3...a clue to the glitch???

There was an error on our end that caused calculations to fail.  Please accept our sincerest apologies.  This is now fixed and calculations should be working once again.  If the issues persists edit the form and save it.  Move one field to have it auto save then move the field back to its original position.  This will clear the error.
