Resubmitting a Saved Form

I created a preliminary new-hire employee information form that is emailed to our finance department before a new employee starts. After the employees starts, I have additional information that I need to send but I want to also include the original information that I sent without having to re-type it. Is it possible to bring back the original semi-completed form and continue to add the additional information?

Yes, that is possible. You can edit the submissions and send it again. Here's how: Open the notification email and click the Edit this submission link.

I am not sure what you mean by notification email. Where is that?

You can find the notification email in the email recipients inbox associated with the form. When someone submitted a form, the email recipient will receive the notification email. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

If you're planning to edit the form submissions, you can do so in the Submissions page. Please check this user guide: How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my query of how the submissions work. I complete the form, and a recipient receives the response, so I do not receive the notification email with the "Edit the submission" link. I then need to add and resend information. However, the second link you sent seems to be what I was looking for, as I see how I can edit and resend. Thanks.
