I have a form with several complex conditions that has been working fine for six months. Now, suddenly, when I am in "submissions" and click to edit a form, the form comes up with all fields empty. Can you please help me fix this so the "edit" function shows all fields filled out, but allows changes by the admin? (This is how it worked before.)

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did test this issue in your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Clicking on "Edit" button does show the form with form fields data populated. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please try to edit your submissions again and get back to us if the issue persists.
