Upgrade necessary?

    Hi - we have an account ios

    that y'all threatened to disable today and in fact did. You indicate that we needed to upgrade as we had exceeded limits.   Could someone please explain to me how we exceeded dour limits with 28 submissions in a package that allows for 1,000 submissions?

    Hi Jody,

    I checked your account and I can see that you are now subscribed to the Bronze plan. Before you upgraded your account, you have reached the limit of 10 Payment Submissions per month. Under the Free plan, you can only receive 10 payment submissions per month. This is the reason why you received an email from us asking you to upgrade.

    If you didn't upgrade your account your form will be disabled. Please take note that the monthly reset limit happens every first day of the month.

    Please check again, The Piano Cottage has paid $19/month since 2015 or perhaps earlier, which we understand, per your website to be the BRONZE membership, 1000 submissions. We haven't had a "FREE" account in years.  

    If this was supposed to be free please credit us accordingly for the past 1.5 years. 

    Either way, we have multiple accounts our nonprofit (Crescendo Foundation, our business The Piano Cottage, and the daughter's high school team, all of which directed business to Jotform from us, and its disappointing to have the account of a longstanding member terminated for something that is really unclear at your end. 


    Please check into THe Piano Cottage's account and advise. We have 3 forms, two of which are active.

    Sorry for the confusion.

    I checked your invoices in the Account Billing page. It shows that the charge made last 12-28-2016 is on Pending status. This is the reason why this account (thepianocottage) was under the Free plan during the last 2 months.
