Can't login and active forms saying disabled

    I just upgraded our account to Bronze and now my login doesn't work and a little note below my password says "autosupended". Also two forms should be working and don't. They are "Service Request" and "Manual Password Request" They are not disabled but coming up as if they are.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I see that the form is having the term Password which has triggered our system to suspend your account. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

    I have activated your account since the form is not asking for any passwords on the form. However, it is recommended to remove the term password or change it something similar.
