Form not advancing to "Next" Page

I am getting feedback that our form is not letting users advance to the next page. I too am experiencing the issue and have tested it in Safari, Chrome and FireFox.

When users hit the "NEXT" button, nothing happens. The browser shows no activity, like it isn't even trying to connect or advance.

There was an error on our end that caused calculations to fail.  Please accept our sincerest apologies.  This is now fixed and calculations should be working once again.  If the issues persists edit the form and save it.  Move one field to have it auto save then move the field back to its original position or any other small change that would trigger an autosave.  This will clear the error.
