    My forms aren't submitting!

Asked by cebarringer on March 23, 2017 at 12:41 PM

I cannot get any of my forms to submit or move from one page to the next. On two of them, the buttons are not showing up on the site they have been embedded into. I cannot give you access to the web page as it is membership only, but none of the forms are working even when I preview them. How do I get these forms back up? https://form.jotform.us/62135481459156

There was an error on our end that caused calculations to fail.  Please accept our sincerest apologies.  This is now fixed and calculations should be working once again.  If the issues persists edit the form and save it.  Move one field to have it auto save then move the field back to its original position.  This will clear the error.

The forms are still not functioning. I have 35 forms linked to another website and integrated with Google Sheets. If I move these fields it will break those configurations and cost hours of time. Is there another solution?

Anything that will save the form will update it to the new code.  Adding a field, changing the color of anything, any minor change that will trigger an autosave.
