Why my conditions have disappeared from my form?

So I had this form: https://form.jotform.com/60967399364978 with a bunch of conditions and now the form has only 1 condition? WTF!!!! It was working fine yesterday.. did you made an update? All the conditions behind that form are errased and it took me 2 months to do it. It is our core business... Need help.

I can see there were some changes recently made to your form, what I would suggest you is to check those changes since you should find the version of your form with all the conditions.
