Spreadsheet Issues

    Having issues with the spreadsheet and the information submitted not showing up in the grid.

    I attempted a few trial runs with no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I tested the integration and it is working properly. I also did a test submission and I was able to received the submission in Google Spreadsheet with no issue. Please try re-integrating Google Spreadsheet to your form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

    Please try it again and let us know if the issue persists so we can investigate it further.
