Why can't you consistently keep my email out of the bounce list? I only use the form 3 times a year. I've tried all the suggested steps and it still ends up that I stop getting emails. Not much use to me this way.

Apologies for the inconvenience this caused.

Do note that an email address is added to our bounce list when the destination mail server rejects the email or it cannot be reached for any reason, it may be due to a temporary issue on the recipient mail server, but the email address needs to be manually removed.

To avoid bouncing, you could ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, you will find them here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Also, setting up an SMTP sender should help you to avoid emails being blocked since you will use your own mail server, if the SMTP settings are correct you should not experience bouncing issues, you should also make sure to update the settings in JotForm when they're updated on your mail server provider.

This guide will help you to set an SMTP sender: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

In case you're using Gmail, this guide will help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/392-How-to-Use-Your-Gmail-Account-as-Your-Email-Sender-via-SMTP

    Hope this helps.
