Is it possible to count characters with in an attached PDF?

I need to make a form for a school, where the student needs tu submit a pdf file, but there is a limit on the amount of characters within the pdf, is there a way for jotform to upload the pdf, count the characters and show some kind of error because the character withs in the file are larger than allowed?

Unfortunately, that will not work in PDF form since PDF forms are build in a different way so some features can not work like in live form.

So that can not be implemented in PDF because of the nature of PDF.
