I'm trying to populate fields from one form to another. In the past, when I set thank you page to re-direct to second form it worked. What am I doing wrong?
Form1: https://www.jotform.com/build/63155474496162 fields should populate
Form2: https://www.jotform.com/build/70804245785158
thank you
Bill

The target URL have wrong field names on it.
https://www.jotform.com/70804245785158?Request={request}&Date/Time of Request={datetimeOf}&Requested By={requestedBy}&Location of Work={locationOf14}&Urgency={urgency}&E-mail={email}&Description={description}&Picture (if any)={pictureif}
It should be like this...
You can also use the Field Prepopulator app to generate the URL instantly with correct field names.
Let us know if this did not work.

thank you for your help!
I did not use the app.
I copied your link into form1: https://www.jotform.com/build/63155474496162 into the re-direct link.
But for some reason I does not work.
This is how I envision the form working properly:
This is a 2 part process. I am the maintenance manager for a chain of dog grooming facilities. When one of the facilities needs something fixed, they should complete form # https://www.jotform.com/build/63155474496162. I call this form "OPEN".
When facility submits OPEN form, they should get an email confirmation indicating receipt of request.
At the same time, I want the information from OPEN form to populate same fields in form2: https://www.jotform.com/build/70804245785158. I call this form "CLOSED".
when I complete work requested, I manually enter the information in CLOSED form and email back to original requester indicating all work completed.
I hope this explains what I'm trying to accomplish.
Thanks
Bill

I have tested your form http://www.jotform.us/form/63155474496162 and it is currently redirecting to thank you page. You need to redirect your user to second form and add URL that my colleage provided you.
Redirecting Users to a Different Page
I also saw that you have added same URL inside of your email Notification. I have checked that link and it is populating second form correctly.
If you want to send email to original requester when both forms are submitted you need to set up Autoresponder email in both of your forms.
