Hi,
1. In my account I have a form named 5-ThreadCUForm but when it is submitted it is not being sent to the recipients email address: sales3@gagecrib.com. Can you help or tell me why?
2. My account says I am out of submission storage...can I delete some stored messages and take care of this?
Help is appreciated, thanks...

I checked our email logs your address and the notifications have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again. For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
If you believe other email addresses are on our bounce list, you can remove them from your end:
https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
As for the submission storage issue, it looks like your account is still slightly over limit. If you have deleted forms, make sure they are purged from the trash or they will still take up space. Here is how to restore them:https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
Simply select "Purge" instead.
