All consideons on the form are erased

I have this issuee but all the conditions where errased and all the calculations basically everything from my form: https://form.jotform.com/60967399364978.... it had over 50 conditions and calculations and preopoluation etc... it doesn't have it anymore...??

I have inspected your form and it has only one condition. That condition is working properly. 

You said that your form had 50 conditions. Did you deleted them or are they just gone? Did this happened today? 

I saw that you have edited your form several times today. You can try to revert your form to previous version to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:
