Why is the credit card numbers on my forms XXXX'd out?

    Hello,

    Our system blocks credit card numbers because we are not allowed to store this type of sensitive nformation, this is considered violation to our Terms of Use. The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    In light of this, it is a must to take any of the following options:

    1. Integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations

    Dwolla integration, is in particular a great choice for USA based business, it offers to accept payments with no fee per transaction.

    2. You can take advantage of a feature inside of most of our payment integrations called "Authorization Only" which allows you to collect payments manually at a later time. Here is a more detailed guide on how to do this: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

    We strongly suggest you to removed the guilty fields on this form, as soon as possible, we will follow up on this issue within 24 hours, in case those fields are present, we will be forced to remove them all.
