I edited the form and get jotform disabled

I created the form yesterday and could not do any submissions as i kept getting JOT form disabled. It seems the problem was fixed today and i was avle to make one submission. However i edited the form and now it's back to disabled. Please help.

I checked your account and I noticed it is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing filter, I have also checked your forms and I found them both are built in accordance with our Terms of Use. In sight of that, I reactivated the account as suspension was due to an error.
