Not receiving email or displaying Thank you page

cant get a "thank you" or email notification for the jot form that is source code embeded at:

I have checked the form on the web page and see that it is embedded using iframe embed method. You might have experienced the issue since the form is embedded using source code method and might have conflicted with other scripts on the page. I have tried submitting the form and see that the Thank you page is displaying correctly. Are you still experiencing any issue with the form?

I switched it to iframe to get it to work
The source code will not work as I said?
I really hope you can fix this as I've used
jot form source code for years now and
never had this issue

Hello Doug,

Since form embedded using iFrame embed code is working that means there is a code conflict between form scripts and other scripts available in your webpage. 

Is there any specific reason on why you want to embed your form using its source code?
