I keep getting stuck and have to refresh my screen. Is there a know problem?

    I have loaded your forms without any issue, can you please give us more details about this issue?

    It happens when I am actually creating the form!

    I checked your account and was able to create a new empty form without issue.  If you are still unable to create a new form, let us know and we will take another look.  As far as I can tell though, there should be no problems creating a new from from your account.
