    Hello,

We're working to integrate a Jotform Form to create a task in Wrike. We are using Zapier to connect both Jotform and Wrike.

We want to be able populate a field in jotform based on a user's previous answer. This would help us route the task correctly in Wrike to specific workgroups.

    example:

User select answer from a drop down.

    Option A

    Option B

    Option C

if Option A is selected we'd want a field to populate with their answer within brackets:

    [Option A]

if Option B is selected populate field with their answer in brackets:

    [Option B]

We would then have zapier pick up that filed and use it as the email subject line to Wrike.

Thank you. The issue I'm having is having is getting the brackets to be included. Wrike needs the brackets to locate the folder the task will be routed to.

    Hello gmartinez99,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of a combination of features. Here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Add a dropdown question in form.

#2. Set the Calculation value for each options of your dropdown.

#3. Add condition in your form to to check if the dropdown field is filled, then "Calculate a field's value" and populate your desired textbox field. Please check the screenshot below:
