Today (3/23) we have had two instances (two separate forms) of incorrect charges. In one instance, the customer should have been charged $100 and was charged $1.00 and the second time it should have been $200 and the charge was $2.00. In reviewing the submissions in my Jotform admin, the correct amount is shown.
I have attached the email receipt showing the $2.00 charge. And here is the form: https://form.jotform.com/70757384794169

Hi,
I have checked your form submissions for the form (70757384794169) and I noticed that the amount is same with the subscription that you provided the screenshot above.
Please check your submissions.
In other words, amount you got is the same with the value in user's submission. There is no issue here because the true result pass to the Stripe. Could you please check the settings of your payment method, Stripe?
