I upgraded my account but it says I have reached form view quota

    Even though I upgraded, my forms on my pages are still saying the viewing quota has been reached

    I inspected your account. When your Jotform account was in the BRONZE monthly plan, you reached form view limit. The monthly form view limit of the BRONZE plan is 10.000 and your monthly form view is more than this. Because of this reason, you received an email which was about being reached the limits of your account on 16th March 2017.

    You have activated your GOLD yearly subscription on 23rd March 2017. From this date, you won't receive this mail as long as you don't reach 1.000.000 monthly form view limit of the GOLD plan. You are able to check your account usages and limits from this link after you log in to your Jotform account.
