Did you mean you want to know how many concurrent users can submit your form? If so, users can submit your form concurrently. But the submissions limits on your form varies on every Plan. If you are in Free Plan, you have a total of 500 submissions storage for the whole account with 100 secure SSL monthly submissions. For the other plans, you can get more info here: Pricing Page.

There is no limit on the number of users who can access your form at the same time since the form is being hosted on our server. There is only a limit on the number of submissions you will receive for your forms in our account.
