Emails from contact form are going to junk mail again

    I have two different "Contact Us" forms for two different blogs.  One is working correctly and arriving in the correct inbox.  The other is going to junk mail again.  I had this straightened out once, but recently I switched my email client to Outlook 2016.  This is only one of the problems this change created.

    As far as I can tell, both forms are set up the same way.  Can you suggest a fix for the troublesome form to keep it out of junk mail?

    Please mark them as "Not Junk". This should prevent further emails from being filtered.

    You can also add us to your contact list and whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
