My forms are disabled but im not over my limit

    I purchased a plan and I have only 68 forms used and now theyre disabled. can this issue be fixed? if not I'd like to discontinue use and get a refund. I just upgraded my free account a few days ago thinking that my forms would be fixed and I can not use them still.

    I inspected your account and I found that your account has been suspended because of phishing fields. 

    Please note that Jotform users cannot collect this kind of sensitive data by using text field etc. It's against to our Terms of Use. You can only use our payment tools in order to get payments. If you don't want to get payment and if you need only payment authorization you can enable the "Authorization Only" feature.

    I deleted this fields from your form and activated your account again.
