Why do we keep getting placed on the bounce list?

I continue to have to remove our email addresses over and over from the bounce list.  Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I checked your email (administration@scuola.us) and it was previously added to the bounce list. Since you have removed the email from the bounce list before posting your question, we can't seem to identify the cause of the issue.
